A US Negro was sentenced to 30 months in slammer for obtaining $US1.1 meg ($1.17 million) from a victims money by falsely claiming he had been scraped in the Sept 11, 2001 Al-Qaeda attacks on New York, the US Justice Department said overnight.

New royalty District Attorney archangel Garcia said Mario Mastellone, 42, had conventional $US1,076,789 from the department’s Sept 11 Victims Compensation Fund of 2001 supported on claims he was permanently unfit in the attacks.
